Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are usually processed the same day. Orders made after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days after your order is processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier is selected automatically based on your address and shipping speed.
Shipping Fees
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 per order for all U.S. deliveries. Free shipping promotions may be available occasionally and will be clearly announced on our website.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package in real time using the provided link. If tracking does not update within 72 hours, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping Issues
Please reach out to us if:
• Your tracking has no updates for 5 or more days.
• Your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot find it.
• Your order arrives damaged.
• You haven’t received your order within 7 business days of shipment.
