Refunds
- We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
 - Beyond this window, all sales are final.
 
Returns are accepted if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
 - You receive the wrong product
 - The item significantly differs from the description
 
We do not accept returns for:
- Used, washed, or altered items
 - Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)
 - Items missing original tags or packaging
 - Damage not caused by anhand.com
 
How to Request a Refund
Please email support@anhand.com with the following:
- Order number
 - Photos or videos of the issue
 - Proof of purchase
 - Shipping receipt (if applicable)
 
We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Important: Do not return any item without prior approval.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7 days.
 - You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
 - Refunds include original shipping charges.
 - If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider.
